On November 4, 2022, at approximately 6:00 a.m., officers responded for a report of shots fired that occurred earlier in the 5300 block of Disney Avenue in Brooklyn. The victim informed officers that at approximately 9:30 p.m. on November 3rd, they heard what they believed to be a gunshot and a speeding vehicle outside of their residence. The victim was not physically injured during the incident and was unaware that a projectile had struck their home. The victim went on to say that when they awoke on November 4th, they noticed a hole in the wall of their living room and believed that a projectile had penetrated the exterior and interior wall of their home. During the officer's investigation, they discovered a projectile inside the victim's residence and a spent shell casing on the street in front of the residence. CDS Offense - Curtis Bay

On November 4, 2022, at approximately 12:30 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a moving violation in the area of Fort Smallwood Road and Solley Road in Curtis Bay. After an admission of the presence of CDS in the vehicle, officers discovered 27 individual pre-packaged containers of suspected marijuana with an approximate weight of 450g, including the packaging. The driver was arrested and charged accordingly.
