Robbery (Citizen) - Brooklyn Park

On October 8, 2024, at approximately 1:50 p.m., officers responded to the Red Roof Inn at 6600 Ritchie Highway, Brooklyn Park for a report of a robbery. Officers learned that three suspects with BB guns entered the room of a 25-year-old male and assaulted him. Officers on scene were quick in their response and were able to obtain a description of the suspects and their 2005 Cadillac Escalade via security footage from a nearby business. Officers located the vehicle and arrested the suspects.

Assault/Drug Violation - Glen Burnie

On October 8, 2024, at approximately 10:55 p.m., officers responded to the 100 block of Faywood Court, Glen Burnie, for a report of an assault with a firearm. Upon arrival, officers met with a male victim who reported he was walking toward his apartment with a friend when he was approached by a group of suspects who asked him what he was doing in the neighborhood. One of the male suspects then shot the victim with a pellet gun, striking the victim in the face. The victim and his friend were able to get away from the suspects. Upon officers’ arrival, the victim pointed out two male suspects who immediately fled into the apartment complex. Officers also observed a white Mercedes attempting to leave the area. Detectives stopped the Mercedes at the end of Faywood Court. The driver of the Mercedes (Holland) was subsequently detained. During a search of the vehicle, detectives recovered suspected PCP. One of the male suspects (Artis) was located in an apartment stairwell and found to be in possession of a handgun. The victim was able to identify the suspect's apartment. Officers executed a search warrant at the apartment, resulting in the seizure of a .25 caliber Raven Arms handgun, two pellet / BB guns, approximately 52.72 grams of suspected crack cocaine, approximately 20.08 grams of suspected cocaine, approximately 7.27 grams of suspected heroin, approximately 142.62 grams of suspected PCP, two strips of suspected suboxone, and two pills of suspected Hydrochloride along with distribution paraphernalia. The assault suspect, Oliver, was located in the apartment with two additional suspects who had outstanding warrants.
