On September 12, 2022, at approximately 10:00 a.m., officers responded for a report of a robbery that just occurred in the 2600 block of Annapolis Road in Severn. The three victims indicated that as they were crossing Annapolis Road onto Disney Road, they were approached by two black male juveniles. The suspects patted the victim's down and took their phones. After patting them down the suspects chased the victims across the street. As officers arrived at the scene, they observed the alleged suspects loitering near the intersection. Both suspects were positively identified by the victims, and the victim's property was recovered. Both suspects were arrested and charged accordingly.

1st Degree Assault (Road Rage) - Glen Burnie

On September 12, 2022, at approximately 4:30 p.m., officers responded for a report of an assault in the 6600 block of Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie. Officers learned that two drivers pulled into the parking lot and argued about each other's driving habits. During the argument, one of the drivers produced a folding knife and displayed it towards the other driver. Independent witnesses were able to verify this incident. The driver that displayed the knife was arrested and charged accordingly.

Weapons Violation - Linthicum

On September 12, 2022, at approximately 11:00 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle after officers witnessed the vehicle commit a hit ad run crash During their investigation, officers learned that the driver was operating the vehicle without a license. During a subsequent search of the vehicle, officers located two loaded handguns. After further inquiry, officers learned that the driver was prohibited from possessing firearms. The driver was arrested and charged accordingly.

On September 12, 2022, just before midnight, officers responded for a report of destruction to property in the 1800 block of Scaffold Way in Severn. The victim stated he was in his second-floor bathroom when a bullet came thru the exterior wall of his home and landed on the floor next to him. The victim was not shot or injured.
