On September 25, 2019 at approximately 12:25 a.m., officers received a call for a prowler complaint in the 100 block of 10th Ave in Baltimore. The 911 caller heard someone outside his residence followed by the sound of glass breaking. The 911 operator heard a struggle over the phone and the line disconnected. Several officers responded and observed four suspects running from the rear alley behind the residence. After a brief foot pursuit, officers were able to apprehend three of the four suspects. Officers then observed the side door to the residence to be unsecured with door lock broken. Upon entering the residence, officers located the 32 year old male victim lying on the floor in a semi-conscious statewith bruises to his face and body. He was transported to an area hospital for treatment with non-life threatening injuries. On September 26, 2019, the fourth suspect, Gabrielle Mustin, was located and arrested on a warrant and charged as noted below.

(Update)
 
On September 19, 2019 at approximately 12:08 a.m., Officers responded for a citizen robbery that occurred earlier. Upon arrival, officers met with Annapolis City Police who stated that approximately an hour ago they responded for a robbery where the victim’s throat was cut and his wallet was taken. APD advised that they believed the crime was in their jurisdiction, as since it was so close to the jurisdictional line. APD had already begun an investigation and had K-9 and detectives on scene. When our officers arrived the victim was already at an area trauma center. The victim stated that he was walking in an alley behind a business on Hudson Street when he was attacked, had his wallet taken and his throat cut. According to the victim, he never saw his attacker. The victim suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries. Anyone with any information is asked to call the Southern District Detective Unit at 410-222-1960 or the TipLine 410-222-4700.
