Stolen Auto/Pursuit (Arrest) - Hanover

On September 5, 2024, at approximately 10:15 p.m., officers located a stolen green 1997 Honda CRV being driven in the area of Arundel Mills Boulevard in Hanover. Officers followed the vehicle until backup could arrive. While attempting to stop the vehicle, the driver struck an officer’s vehicle with the stolen Honda, resulting in minor injury to the officer. The suspect fled in the Honda toward Baltimore. Officers pursued the stolen Honda and the Baltimore Police Foxtrot air unit maintained visual observation of the vehicle. Two suspects got out of the vehicle and fled on foot but were located with the assistance of the BPD Foxtrot and AACoPD Air units. The suspects were arrested and charged. The injured officer was transported to an area hospital for treatment. There were no other injuries as a result of this incident.
