Arnold Senior Activity Center Renovation/Expansion Public Meeting Announcement
A public meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, April 27, 2023 from 6:00-7:30pm at the Arnold Senior Activity Center at 44 Church Road, Arnold, MD 21012. This meeting is being held to discuss the renovations of the 8,600 square foot facility and an addition of approximately 4,700 square feet.
The project includes adding classrooms, expanding the group exercise room, increasing the security/entry area, and other site modifications. These improvements will allow for increased programs to be offered to residents and easier traffic flow into and out of the facility. During construction, which is expected to take one year, services offered at the facility will be temporarily relocated.
DPW and Department of Aging Staff will be present to answer questions from those in attendance and to note your feedback and comments about the project and schedule. Please note this meeting will be audio recorded.
