Belle Grove Road Safety Improvements Contract # H590502 Public Meeting

A public meeting is scheduled from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm at the Chesapeake Arts Center to discuss planned safety improvements proposed to be provided by the County’s Belle Grove Road Safety Improvements project. During the meeting, DPW will discuss the goals of the project, which include ADA-compliant improvements for pedestrians and bicyclists, and improved crosswalks. Improvements include constructing sidewalks and a bicycle and pedestrian shared use path along Belle Grove Road from the MD 168 / MTA Nursery Road Light Rail Station to MD Route 2. These improvements will help provide safer pedestrian and bicycle access to local points of interest.
