Due to a labor contract dispute between Ecology Services and the Teamsters Union, households in Pasadena, Severna Park, Odenton, Laurel and Maryland City will experience curbside collection delays and service schedule disruptions.
Only households within Collection Service Areas 5, 8, and 15 are impacted by these temporary curbside collection adjustments.
Residents can identify their Service Area by visiting the Find My Collection Day and entering their address.
Temporary Curbside Collection Schedule for Service Areas 5, 8 and 15:
Week of Labor Day: Collection of household TRASH ONLY. Reminder, due to the holiday, Monday customers will receive collection on Tuesday, 9/3 and Tuesday customers collection will occur on Wednesday, 9/4.
Recycling and yard waste curbside collections are expected to resume the week of September 9th, though the regular collection schedule may be modified.
