Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program

The Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program was created to promote healthy eating habits among individuals and families, to provide participants with a source of wholesome, fresh vegetables, fruits, and cut herbs, and to increase the awareness and use of Maryland’s Farmers’ Markets.

How it works

  • Coupons are provided to low-income older adults.
  • The coupons may be used at authorized farmers’ markets and with authorized farmers.
  • The application deadline is July 17th, 2024. Notification of acceptance will occur by July 21st, 2024.
