Permit Renewal Requests
Effective March 1st, 2025, all permit renewal requests must be submitted electronically through the Land Use Navigator. The paper Renewal request form will no longer be accepted. For detailed instructions, please refer to the Land Use Navigator System Help.

The Land Use Navigator is a web based application that allows customers to access and obtain Inspection and Permit services online.

Building and Grading Violations
Suspected code violations that are reported to the Department of Inspections and Permits will result in an investigation and potential fine for the offenders. Report a violation or check on the status of an existing report.

Permit Center
The Permit Center intakes permit and subdivision applications for those wanting to do so in person. It serves both residential and commercial customers.
