The Anne Arundel County Real Estate Division makes available to the public a variety of rooms for non-commercial use - meetings, activities, community events. Community rooms are available on a rental basis at the following County Facilities:
- Eastern District Police Station - 204 Pasadena Road, Pasadena, MD. 21122
- Northern District Police Station - 939 Hammonds Lane, Brooklyn Park, MD. 21225
- Southern District Police Station - 35 Stepneys Lane, Edgewater, MD. 21034
- Western District Police Station - 8273 Telegraph Road, Odenton, MD. 21113
The use of these spaces is subject to the Space License Agreement and any provisions listed in that agreement.
How to Reserve
If your organization would like to reserve community room space at the locations listed, please complete the Community Room License Application as well as the Community Room License Agreement and email both documents to the real estate division at realestate@aacounty.org.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response.
Please note, event reservation dates are in 6 month intervals only!
