FOR the purpose of amending the Capital Budget for the current fiscal year by transferring an appropriation of funds from the Franklin Manor Dredging capital project to the Cox Creek Dredging capital project; amending the Capital Program and Capital Projects Bond Ordinance for the current fiscal year; and generally relating to appropriation of funds in projects in the Capital Budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022.
