AN ORDINANCE concerning: Personnel – Positions in the Classified Service – FOR the purpose of modifying titles for certain classifications in the classified service; adding new positions in the classified service; amending the minimum qualifications for certain classifications in the classified service; providing for the pay and minimum qualifications applicable to the positions added to the classified service; increasing and decreasing certain positions in the classified service; providing for the applicability of this Ordinance; and generally relating to personnel.
