FOR the purpose of establishing the Anne Arundel County Agriculture Commission; providing for the purpose, membership, composition, appointment of a chair and vice chair, terms and compensation of members, meeting standards, by-laws, and duties of the Agriculture Commission; reorganizing Article 3 of the County Code and correcting internal County Code references to the provisions of Article 3 and Article 4; and generally relating to boards, commissions, and similar bodies and finance, taxation and budget.
