Raymond Franklin Randall
Case Number: 70-052500
On October 7, 1970 at 10:40 p.m. the deceased body of Raymond Franklin Randall, a 24 year old black male, was discovered off the wooded area of Long Point Road and Circle Drive Pasadena, Maryland lying next to his truck. Mr. Randall was a self-employed wood cutter and had been cutting wood for years with the permission of the land owners. Mr. Randall’s cause of death was attributed to trauma to the body and his manner was ruled a homicide.
Jerry Marshall
Case Number: 72-037847
On July 14, 1972, the bodies of Jerry Marshall, a 23 year old black male, and Calvin Davis, a 21 year old black male were found deceased on Dicus Mill Road, Gambrills, Maryland. Mr. Marshall and Mr. Davis’ cause of death was trauma to the body and the manner was ruled homicide. Both Mr. Marshall and Mr. Davis were from the District of Columbia. Homicide detectives worked with the Metropolitan Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation in regards to this case.
Donna Lee Dustin
Case Number: 73-077556
On November 17, 1973, hunters discovered the body of 17 year old Donna Lee Dustin in a wooded area off Meyers Station Road, Odenton, Maryland. This area is just north of the Prince Georges County line and was a popular area for persons from the Bowie and Crofton area to frequent. Ms. Dustin graduated Bowie High School in June 1973. Ms. Dustin’s cause of death was trauma to the body with the manner being homicide.
Charles Edward Crusoe
Case Number: 74-006229
On February 2, 1974 at 4:30 p.m., the body of 25 year old Charles Edward Crusoe was discovered in a wooded area off of Bayside Beach Road, Pasadena, Maryland. Mr. Crusoe was last seen by his girlfriend on January 24, 1974. The vehicle Mr. Crusoe was using was located on February 4, 1974 in Los Angeles California. Mr. Crusoe’s cause of death was trauma with the manner being homicide.
Lois Virginia Williams
Case Number: 74-010705
On February 2, 1974 at 9:05 a.m., Lois Virginia Williams a 29 year old female signed in at her place of employment in Silver Spring Maryland but records indicated she never signed out. On February 3, 1974 Mrs. Williams was reported missing. On February 18, 1974 at 08:44 a.m., the body of Ms. Williams was found in a wooded area near White Avenue, Linthicum, Maryland. Ms. Williams’ cause of death was trauma to the upper body with the manner being homicide.
Phyllis Veronica Bohle
Case Number: 74-019167
On March 25, 1974 at 1:30 p.m., Phyllis Veronica Bohle a 24 year old female was found deceased in her home, located in the community of Elmhurst, Severn, Maryland. Mrs. Bohle was employed at the Motor Vehicle Administration in Glen Burnie but was off that day due to a state holiday. Ms. Williams’ cause of death was trauma to the upper body with the manner being homicide.
Joseph Schroeder
Case Number: 74-043789
On June 25, 1974 Joseph Schroeder, a 34 year old black male, was discovered deceased on the side of Brock Bridge Road, Jessup, Maryland. Mr. Schroeder’s cause of death was trauma to the head and torso with the manner being homicide.
Sandra Lee Berkey (Knight)
Case Number: 74-045687
On July 2nd, 1974 at 10:42 a.m., the body of Sandra Lee Berkey (Knight), a 23 year old female, was found deceased in her apartment located in the 7800 block of Winborne Drive, Glen Burnie, Maryland. A co-worker found the victim after she failed to show up for work for two days. Sandra Berkey was known to frequent a gym in the Glen Burnie area of Anne Arundel County and was employed with an insurance company. Ms. Berkey’s cause of death was trauma to the body with the manner being homicide.
John Edward Tindale
Case Number: 74-051596
On July 20, 1974 at 4:00 p.m., two teenagers discovered a deceased black male in the pond of Arundel Sand and Gravel behind the Earliegh Heights Tavern in Severna Park, Maryland. There was no clothing or identification in the area but prints identified the victim as John Edward Tindale, a 28 year old male from the 2000 block of Keyworth Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland. Mr. Tindale’s cause of death was drowning with the manner being homicide.
Joy Hope Greer
Case Number: 75-000236
On January 1, 1975 at 04:40 a.m., police responded to a burglary/assault at the Pier Seven Marina in Edgewater, Maryland. Investigation revealed Joy Hope Greer, a 33 year old white female, was staying on a boat with her boyfriend. An intruder entered the boat and attacked Ms. Greer and her boyfriend in which both sustained injuries. Ms. Greer died as a result of the injuries with trauma to her body with the manner being homicide.
Charles Turgot Jones
Case Number: 78-102707
On November 10, 1978, 19 year old Charles Turgot Jones was found deceased in a shallow grave on Maryland Route 648 near Mountain Road in Glen Burnie, Maryland. The victim’s vehicle was located approximately 500 yards from the victim. He had been reported missing by his parents to the Baltimore City Police Department on November 8, 1978. Mr. Jones had sustained injuries from multiple weapons and his manner of death was homicide.
Diane Lynn Miller
Case Number: 78-107700
On November 24th, 1978 at 10:20 a.m., 22 year old Diane Lynn Miller’s body was found on Route 3 between Route 648 and Dorsey Road in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Ms. Miller was known to routinely hitchhike and had been missing from her father’s home in Glen Burnie since November 14, 1978. Ms. Miller was last seen alive at Hilton and Caton Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland. Ms. Miller’s cause of death was trauma to the body with the manner being homicide.
Leroy Shannon
Case Number: 79-103199
On November7, 1979 at 2:13 am, officers were called to the area of Nabbs Creek Road near Locust Grove road for a report of a man found lying in the roadway and a bicycle nearby. The victim was identified as 18 year old Leroy Shannon. The incident was initially investigated as a Hit and Run accident. The autopsy revealed the cause of Mr. Shannon’s death was trauma to the upper body with the manner being homicide.
Roger Hearne Kelso
Case Number: 85-055625
On April 23rd, 1985, the decomposed remains of a human body were found during the excavation of the construction site of the Marley Station Mall in Glen Burnie, Md. The body was found in a metal trash container. Examinations revealed the remains were that of an unidentified white male in his mid 20’s, approx. 5’8” to 5’11” tall slim build with brown hair. He was wearing a blue and black sweater, slacks and leather shoes. It was estimated that the victim was deceased for a period of time. The unidentified male had trauma to his body with the manner being homicide.
The Anne Arundel County Police Homicide/Cold Case Unit has worked on this case for the last thirty four years in trying to positively identify the recovered remains. In the Spring of 2019 utilizing the latest forensic technology the human remains were identified as Roger Hearne Kelso. Investigation revealed Roger Kelso grew up in the 100 block of Whip Lane in Glen Burnie where he attended the Glen Burnie High School (Class of 1961). In 1962/1963 Roger Kelso left his residence and was never seen or heard from again. Evidence identifies the time frame of Roger Kelso’s murder to likely be in the period of 1962/1963.
William Richard Christian
Case Number: 86-155583
On October 6, 1986 at 8:30 a.m., a partially decomposed body was discovered in a wooded area behind the Provinces Library located in Severn, Maryland. The victim was identified as 41 year old William Richard Christian who had no fixed address. Mr. Christian cause of death was trauma to the body with the manner being homicide.
Vernon Gough
Case Number: 86-176975
On November 15, 1986 at 1:52 p.m. the body of 45 year old Vernon Gough was found lying in a wooded area on Race Road in the Jessup area of Anne Arundel County. Investigation revealed he left his residence in the 5300 block of Ready Avenue, Baltimore Maryland at 10:00 p.m. to meet an unknown person. Mr. Gough’s cause of death was trauma to the body with the manner being homicide.
Quaniece Lashanda Orange
Case Number: 86-186685
On December 2, 1986 at 6:30 a.m., the body of 2 year old Quaniece Lashanda Orange was found by her mother in the bedroom of their apartment in the 8000 block of Green Orchard Road, Glen Burnie, Maryland. The infant was found in a comatose state and was transported to a local hospital where she passed three hours later. The cause of death for baby Orange was head trauma with the manner being homicide. Two adults and one other child resided in the apartment at the time of the death.
Mary Kathleen Grant (Kathy)
Case Number: 89-017551
On January 29, 1989, the body of 15 year old Mary Kathleen Grant (Kathy) was discovered in a wooded area located off of West Pasadena Road near Jumpers Hole Road in Pasadena, Maryland. The victim resided in the 200 block of Vernon Avenue, Glen Burnie, Maryland and was a frequent runaway/hitchhiker. Ms. Grant was last seen on January 9, 1989 as she was supposed to go to an apartment in Americana Circle but never arrived. The parents of Ms. Grant reported her missing on January 19, 1989 with her body being discovered ten days later. Ms. Grant’s had sustained multiple injuries and her manner was ruled homicide.
Gladys Faye Beauchamp
Case Number: 89-711167
On October 11, 1989 at 3:00 p.m, the body of 37 year old Gladys Faye Beauchamp was discovered in a wooded area located off of Crain Highway near Oak Manor Drive in Glen Burnie, Maryland.
Ms. Beauchamp was known to board the #14 MTA bus from Patapsco Avenue and Hanover Street at 6:00 a.m. and ride it to the corner of Crain Highway and Aquahart Road. She would then walk to the North Arundel Convalescent Center by way of an asphalt walkway that extends from Aquahart Road to the Hardees restaurant in the Southgate shopping center, and then walk the remainder of the way on Hospital Drive. On the morning of October 11, 1989, at approximately 6:10 a.m., Ms. Beauchamp was murdered while walking on this path. Ms. Beauchamp suffered trauma to the upper body with the manner being homicide.
Case Number: 91-705011
On February 6, 1991 at 12:52 p.m., unknown skeletonized human remains were located in a wooded area west of Shot Town Road near the intersection of Old Mill Bottom Road, Arnold, Maryland. The remains had been clothed in a blue or black ¾ length leather jacket with 4 purple or black buttons, long sleeved dark blue shirt (16” neck 33” inch sleeves) and one size 11 shoe. The Smithsonian Institution Department of Anthropology examined the remains and advised the victim had been deceased for approximately 1.5 to 4 years. It is unknown at this time what race the person may have been but he was approximately 5’6” tall, had dental work and was between the ages of 37-45 years of age. The unidentified remains cause of death was trauma to the upper body with the manner being homicide.
Alexandra Elizabeth Swauger
Case Number: 92-731761
On the evening of August 20, 1992 the mother of nine month old Alexandra Elizabeth Swauger went out for the evening leaving the infant with her father to care for. On August 21, 1992 at approximately 7:30 a.m., Alexandra Swauger was discovered deceased in her crib by her mother at their residence located in the 1600 block of Annapolis Road, Odenton, Maryland. An autopsy initially revealed the infant died of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome and was ruled natural. On May 5, 2000 the autopsy report was reviewed and it was at that time trauma was noted and the manner of death was changed to homicide.
Joanne Shuey Valentine
Case Number: 93-737154
On September 26, 1993 at approximately 4:05 a.m., forty-seven year old Joanne Shuey Valentine was found deceased in her driveway located in the 500 block of Broadwater Road, Arnold, Maryland. Investigation revealed Mrs. Valentine had just left her place of employment, Club Rumblefish located at 7954 Baltimore Annapolis, Boulevard, Glen Burnie, Maryland and had arrived at her residence. It was at this time she received trauma to the upper body with the manner being homicide.
Case Number: 93-744750
On November 16, 1993 at 3:26 p.m., a local farmer found an unknown deceased Asian male in the 1200 block of Lower Pindall Road, Lothian, Maryland. The body was that of an Asian male wearing blue socks, brown trousers, red thermal long underwear, a pair of white jockey style underwear, a blue and white striped shirt, a black and white patterned sweater, a black leather jacket, and a watch on his wrist. The unidentified male was approximately 5’10 in height, weighed approximately 170 pounds and was between the ages of 25-35 years of age. The unidentified remains cause of death was trauma to the upper body with the manner being homicide.
Neil Charles Fitze
Case Number: 95-743618
On October 27, 1995 at approximately 01:07 a.m., Anne Arundel County 911 Police Communications received an anonymous call reporting a male had been injured and was in a vehicle parked at North Arundel Hospital (now referred to as the Baltimore Washington Medical Center). Officers responded to the hospital located at 310 Hospital Drive, Glen Burnie, Maryland and discovered the injured male in a white vehicle. The male was identified as forty three year old Neil Charles Fitze from the 3900 block of Baltimore Annapolis Road, Baltimore, Maryland. Mr. Fitze was transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Mr. Fitze suffered trauma to the upper body with the manner being homicide.
Ruth Sharlene Metcalf
Case Number: 96-714717
On April 15, 1996 at approximately 9:00 a.m., a person walking their dog discovered a body down an embankment located behind the Cromwell Field Shopping Center located in the 7300 block of Baltimore Annapolis Road, Glen Burnie, Maryland. The body was identified as thirty three year old Ruth Sharlene Metcalf from the 1500 block of Spruce Street, Baltimore, Maryland. She was fully clothed, wearing white spandex pants with multicolored flowers and a long red sweat shirt. Investigative efforts have been unable to determine if she was murdered at that spot, or if the crime occurred elsewhere and her body was disposed of there. Ms. Metcalf suffered trauma to the upper body and her death was ruled a homicide.
Stewart Anthony “Ant” Garfield
Case Number: 00-737094
On September 3, 2000 at approximately 8:51 a.m., the body of thirty seven year old Stewart Anthony “Ant” Garfield was discovered in the Provinces Park located in the 1700 block of Disney Road, Severn, Maryland. Mr. Garfield was last seen when he left his home on September 1, 2000 at approximately 10:30-10:45 a.m. Mr. Garfield suffered trauma to the upper body with the manner being homicide.
Michelle Anita Erdman
Case Number: 00-748146
On November 15, 2000 at approximately 12:36 a.m., the body of forty year old Michelle Anita Erdman was found with trauma inside a car in the 1800 block of Arwell Court, Severn, Maryland. Ms. Erdman was from the 1500 block of Matthewstown Road, Hanover, Maryland. Ms. Erdman suffered trauma to the upper body with the manner being homicide.
Elvin Raylund Johnson
Case Number: 01-748795
On November 11, 2001 at approximately 1:25 a.m., the body of eighteen year old Elvin Raylund Johnson was discovered in the parking lot of the Cloverleaf Business Park located in the 8200 block of Cloverleaf Drive, Millersville, Maryland. Evidence at the scene indicated an altercation took place. Mr. Johnson was from the 600 block of Leprechaun Lane, Glen Burnie, Maryland. Mr. Johnson suffered trauma to the upper body with the manner being homicide.
Becky Elizabeth Crisp AKA “Kelly”
Case Number: 01-755509
On December 23, 2001 at 11:00 a.m., the body of fifty year old Becky Elizabeth Crisp AKA “Kelly” was found in a Holiday Inn hotel room located in the 3000 block of Laurel Fort Meade Road, Laurel, Maryland 20724. Ms. Crisp was discovered unresponsive by the cleaning crew where she was treated by medical professionals but never regained consciousness. Ms. Crisp suffered trauma to the upper body with the manner being homicide.
Jayron Langley Speares
Case Number: 03-722708
On May 30, 2003 at approximately 7:54 p.m., officers responded for a disturbance in the 6400 block of Heritage Hill Drive and Freedom Drive, Glen Burnie, Maryland. Responding officers located a twenty three year old male suffering from non-life threatening injuries. An associate of the twenty three year old was identified as nineteen year old Jayron Langley Speares who succumbed to injuries he received during the disturbance. Investigation revealed a group of males were in a vehicle when an altercation occurred in which Mr. Speares and his associate were injured. Mr. Speares suffered trauma to the upper body with the manner being homicide.
Demonte Lee Atkins
Case Number: 03-728466
On July 7, 2003 at 8:39 a.m., a wildlife researcher discovered a decomposing body in the Patuxent Wetlands Park. This park is in the rural section of Anne Arundel County and is near Route 4 in Lothian Maryland. The body was identified as twenty year old Demonte Lee Atkins who had ties to the Capital Heights area of Prince Georges County but had recently been living in Henrico County Virginia. Mr. Atkins suffered trauma to the upper body with the manner being homicide.
Lamarast Alexander Porter
Case Number: 03-739810
On September 18, 2003 at approximately 1:01 a.m., officers responded to the intersection of Severn Tree Boulevard and Chatfield Terrace, Severn, Maryland for a disturbance. Upon arrival officers discovered an apparent crime scene . Witnesses observed an altercation take place at which time they reported seeing a person placed into a vehicle. Eighteen year old Lamarast Alexander Porter was last on this night and had been reported missing. On September 21, 2003 at 1:42 a.m., officers responded to the 200 block of Woodhill Drive, Glen Burnie, Maryland for a car fire. Detectives learned the vehicle on fire belonged to Mr. Porter which also displayed evidence of a crime. To date Mr. Porter has not been located and is feared to have fallen as a victim of a crime. He had graduated Meade High School in 2002 and was actively employed at a Fort Meade restaurant at the time of his disapearance.
Nancy Clarke Leonard
Case Number: 03-742390
On September 5, 2003 at approximately 10:05 a.m., fifty two year old Nancy Clarke Leonard was reported missing to the Anne Arundel County Police Department. She was last seen on the evening of September 4, 2003 as she walked down the street away from her residence. On October 4, 2003 at approximately 2:25 p.m., a construction company doing some work in the area in the area of Old Mill Bottom Road, Arnold, Maryland came across human skeletal remains. Through dental records the skeletal remains were positively identifed as Mrs. Leonard. Mrs. Leonard suffered trauma to the upper body with the manner being homicide.
Nicholas David Tonic
Case Number: 03-752719
On December 10, 2003 eighteen year old Nicholas David Tonic was reported missing by his mother. During that same day Mr. Tonic’s vehicle was recovered abandoned in the 8100 block of Fruitful Court, Millersville, Maryland. The interior of the vehicle displayed evidence of a violent crime. Mr. Tonic had last been seen at his residence on December 5, 2003 in the 1700 block of Sea Pine Circle, Severn, Maryland. On January 23, 2004 at approximately 9:30 a.m., a body was discovered on the side of the road in the 7500 block of Teague Road, Hanover, Maryland. Through dental records the recovered remains were identified as Mr. Tonic. Mr. Tonic suffered trauma to the upper body with the manner being homicide.
Carlus Linell Johnson
Case Number: 04-705103
On February 7, 2004 at approximately 4:11 a.m., Anne Arundel County Police responded for a disturbance in the 500 block of Crain Highway, Glen Burnie, Maryland. Arriving officers located twenty-six year old Carlus Linell Johnson lying in the street with apparent trauma to the upper body. Mr. Johnson was transported to North Arundel Hospital (now Baltimore Washington Medical Center) where he was pronounced deceased. Evidence at the scene led detectives to an area behind the 600 block of Crain Highway where the injuries were incurred by Mr. Johnson. Mr. Johnson suffered trauma to the upper body with the manner being homicide.
Charles Oscar McKoy
Case Number: 04-716558
On April 28, 20004 at 7:22 a.m., hunters discovered a human body wrapped up in bedding in the 1000 block of Upper Pindell Road, Bristol, Maryland. The body was positively identified as twenty-five year old Charles Oscar McKoy who was known to be from the Washington D.C. area. Mr. McKoy suffered from trauma to the upper body with the manner being homicide.
Edward (“Eddie”) Grunell Howard Jr.
Case Number: 05-736168
On September 3, 2005 at approximately 1:00 a.m., Anne Arundel County Police responded for a disturbance in the alley of the 1900 block of Arwell Court, Severn, Maryland. Upon arrival officers located thirty-three year old Edward (“Eddie”) Grunell Howard Jr. suffering from injuries to his torso. Mr. Howard succumbed to his injuries at the scene. There were numerous individuals in the area that night who may have witnessed the incident. Mr. Howard suffered trauma to his torso with the manner being homicide.
Jonathan Edward Proctor
Case Number: 06-705237
On February 6, 2006 at approximately 7:36 a.m., Anne Arundel County Police responded to an open area in the 1800 block of Long Leaf Way, Severn, Maryland for a report of a deceased male. Officers located twenty-five year old Jonathan Edward Proctor suffering from trauma to the body where he was pronounced deceased at the scene. Detectives learned Mr. Proctor resided in Baltimore City but was in the area of the 8200 block of Coatesbridge Court, Severn, Maryland visiting as friend. A witness last reported seeing Mr. Proctor at approximately 3:00 a.m. walking down Stillmeadows Drive. Mr. Proctor suffered trauma throughout his body with the manner being homicide.
Rodreco Deonta Murray
Case Number: 06-716897
On April 29, 2006 at approximately 2:26 p.m., officers responded to the rear alley of the 5100 block of Raynor Avenue, Linthicum, Maryland for two deceased males. One victim was identified as twenty-eight year old Rodreco Deonta Murray and was located on the ground next to a vehicle. The second victim was identified as twenty-seven year old Lawrence Jerome Forrester who was found deceased inside a vehicle. Investigation revealed Mr. Murray and Mr. Forrester were friends and known to be in each others company. Mr. Forrester was last known to speak to a witness at approximately 2:00 p.m. from his cellphone. Both Mr. Murray and Mr. Forrester suffered trauma to their bodies with the manner being homicide.
Lawrence Jerome Forrester

On April 29, 2006 at approximately 2:26 p.m., officers responded to the rear alley of the 5100 block of Raynor Avenue, Linthicum, Maryland for two deceased males. One victim was identified as twenty-eight year old Rodreco Deonta Murray and was located on the ground next to a vehicle. The second victim was identified as twenty-seven year old Lawrence Jerome Forrester who was found deceased inside a vehicle. Investigation revealed Mr. Murray and Mr. Forrester were friends and known to be in each others company. Mr. Forrester was last known to speak to a witness at approximately 2:00 p.m. from his cellphone. Both Mr. Murray and Mr. Forrester suffered trauma to their bodies with the manner being homicide.
Richard Preston Shaw
Case Number: 06-730312
On July 26, 2006 at approximately 9:03 a.m., officers responded to a suite in the 7400 block of New Ridge Road, Hanover, Maryland for a deceased male. Investigation revealed the victim was fifty-six year old talent agent Richard Preston Shaw who had suffered trauma to the upper body. Mr. Preston owned several businesses such as “Kidz in the Biz”, “Annapolis Talent Agency”, and “Motion Pictures LLC”. Several complaints had been lodged in regards to his businesses during the time of his death. Mr. Preston suffered from trauma to the upper body with the manner being homicide.
Jay Steven Fayne
Case Number: 06-743979
During the afternoon of October 17, 2006, officers responded to the 500 block of Center Drive, Severna Park, Maryland for a deceased male. A witness discovered the body inside the residence and called 911. The victim was identified as fifty-two year old Jay Steven Fayne and suffered trauma throughout his body. Mr. Fayne was known to loan people money that needed it as well as being a body builder that frequented several gyms in the area. Mr. Fayne suffered several injuries to his body with the manner being homicide.
Darrell Letike Hamilton
Case Number: 07-703971
On Saturday, January 27, 2007 at approximately 11:55 p.m., officers responded for an injured subject in the 100 block of Morris Hill Avenue, Glen Burnie, Maryland. The victim was identified as twenty-five year old Darrell Letike Hamilton who was transported to Harbor Hospital but succumbed to his injuries. Investigation revealed the Mr. Hamilton was from Prince Georges County and was in the area to meet an individual. Mr. Hamilton suffered injuries to his body with the manner being homicide.
Maurice Antonio Lowe
Case Number: 07-704825
On February 2, 2007 at approximately 2:03 a.m., officers responded for a deceased male in the area of Harwood Road near Richardson Drive, Harwood, Maryland. This area of Anne Arundel County is a semi residential/ rural area. The body was identified as nineteen year old Maurice Antonio Lowe who resided in the Capital Heights area of Prince Georges County. Mr. Lowe suffered trauma to the upper body with the manner being homicide.
Tyrone Griffin
Case Number: 07-714744
On Friday, April 13, 2007 at approximately 7:05 a.m., officers responded to the wooded area behind the 300 block of Key Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland for a motor vehicle accident. Once on scene officers discovered an occupied, light blue pickup truck, which crashed into a tree. Thirty-nine year old Larry Tyrone Griffin was found deceased behind the wheel with the vehicle still running. The driver’s side window of the truck was shattered. Mr. Griffin suffered trauma to the upper body with the manner being homicide.

On Tuesday, August 28, 2007 at approximately 8:46 p.m., officers responded to the 200 block of Southerly Road, Baltimore, Maryland for two injured males. The victims were identified as twenty-three year old Dequincy Antonio Smith and twenty-one year old Dontay Williams both from Baltimore Maryland. Mr. Smith was pronounced deceased at the scene where Mr. Williams was transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries. Witnesses reported two suspects entered the residence and inflicted trauma to both victims before fleeing in a vehicle parked outside. Both Mr. Smith and Mr. Williams suffered trauma to their bodies with the manner being homicide.

On September 16, 2007 at approximately 4:55 a.m., officers responded to the 8200 block of Dunfield Court, Severn, Maryland for a deceased male. Upon arrival officers located eighteen year old Bryan Clinton Duvall Edwards Jr. lying in the parking lot. Investigation revealed Mr. Edwards was sitting with a friend when two suspects approached the vehicle. The friend was able to flee on foot while the suspect’s caused life threatening injuries to Mr. Edwards. The two suspects then fled the scene on foot. Mr. Edwards suffered from trauma to the body with the manner being homicide.
Frank Rodney Jones Jr.

On Wednesday, February 20, 2008 at approximately 8:16 a.m., officers were dispatched to a wooded area in the 200 block of Brick Church Road, Davidsonville, Maryland for a deceased male. Upon arrival officers located thirty-eight year old Frank Rodney Jones Jr. suffering from apparent trauma. Investigation revealed the Mr. Jones was last seen alive on February 19, 2008. Mr. Jones’ vehicle went unaccounted for until it was recovered at a business in Annapolis on February 25, 2008. Mr. Jones suffered trauma to the upper body with the manner being homicide.
Daniel Ndifon Ejukwa

On July 8, 2008 at approximately 4:55 a.m., officers responded to the 1600 block of Meade Village Circle, Severn, Maryland for the report of an assault. Upon arrival officers located fifty-five year old Daniel Ndifon Ejukwa who suffered severe trauma to the upper body. Mr. Ejukwa was transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Hospital but later succumbed to his injuries. A witness advised two suspects were in the area robbing/assaulting victims and identified Mr. Ejukwa as one of their victims. Mr. Ejukwa suffered trauma to the upper body with the manner being homicide.
Rudolph Turner Jr.

On September 16, 2008 at approximately 1:51 a.m., officers responded to a residence in the 500 block of Cedar Hill Road, Brooklyn Park, Maryland for an injured male. Twenty-five year old Rudolph Turner Jr. was found to be unresponsive on the bedroom floor inside of his residence. Evidence at the scene indicates the suspect(s) were outside of the residence when Mr. Turner received the injuries that resulted in his death. Mr. Turner suffered trauma to the upper body with the manner being homicide.
Calvin Chi Man Yeung

On August 6, 2010 at approximately 10:20 pm, the Anne Arundel County Police Department responded to the intersection of Telegraph Road and Maryland Route 100 for a report of a possible road rage and motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival patrol officers learned Calvin Chi Man Yeung, a 40 year old male from Severn, Maryland had sustained injuries consistent with being shot in the upper body while sitting at the traffic signal. Mr. Yeung was transported to Baltimore Washington Medical Center where he died due to injuries received and his death was ruled a homicide.
Myra Elizabeth Cason

On January 28, 2011 at approximately 10:51 am, officers from the Anne Arundel County Police responded to the parking lot of in the 7300 block of Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie for an unresponsive adult female. Officers located Myra Elizabeth Cason inside her 1994 Suzuki Sidekick suffering from apparent trauma to the upper body. Ms. Cason was 63 years old and a retired Anne Arundel County School Teacher. She was seen leaving Maryland Primary Care Physicians at approximately 7:50 a.m. and arrived on the parking lot at approximately 8:30 a.m. where she was found. Ms. Cason suffered trauma to the upper body with the manner being homicide.
Lamonte Tracey Sherman

On May 29, 2011 at approximately 10:21 PM, Lamonte Tracey Sherman was attacked in the 7800 Block of Americana Circle Glen Burnie, Maryland, Anne Arundel County, by unknown suspect(s). During the attack, thirty-nine year old Mr. Sherman was critically injured. His vehicle crashed into Ann’s Dari Crème located on Ritchie Highway striking a teenage pedestrian. Mr. Sherman later died as a result of the injuries sustained during the attack. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner determined the death to be a homicide.
Gregory Robert Sears

On January 6, 2018 at approximately 2:15 a.m., Gregory Robert Sears was assaulted after an apparent robbery attempt in the 8000 block of Ians Ally, Laurel, Maryland. Mr. Sears was accosted by two black males, both wearing dark clothes. One suspect was described over six foot tall with a thin build; the second suspect was described as being shorter. The subjects may have left the area in an unknown vehicle. Mr. Sears, a thirty-six year old male, was transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Hospital for treatment, but later succumbed to his injuries. Mr. Sears’ death was ruled a homicide. Shortly after his murder, Mr. Sears’ wife gave birth to their child.
Bryant Donell Bagley

On April 1, 2012 at approximately 1:10 a.m., the Anne Arundel County Police were called to the Pumphrey Community in the area of Gibbons Avenue and Bolivar Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland for a report of a male lying in the roadway. The male was identified as forty-six year old Bryant Donell Bagley who resided in Baltimore City. Investigation revealed the victim had suffered trauma to the body and pronounced dead at the scene. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner determined the death to be a homicide.
Ana Isabel Racine

On January 25, 2014 just before midnight, the Anne Arundel County Police responded to the 200 block of Meadow Road in Pasadena, Maryland regarding the murder of Ana Isabel Racine. Ms. Racine, a twenty-one year old female, had just returned to the Pasadena area after spending two years living in Georgia. Within hours of returning back to Anne Arundel County she reunited with friends and met up with a male acquaintance. It was shortly thereafter they were accosted by two suspects who attacked the victim and her acquaintance and subsequently shot the victim. The suspects may have fled in a dark colored minivan. Ms. Racine’s death was ruled a homicide.
Leticia Perez

On July 31, 2014 at approximately 4:48 p.m., Anne Arundel County Police responded to the 400 block of Kokomo Court, Laurel, Maryland for an eleven month old infant in respiratory distress. The infant, Leticia Perez, had been at an in home daycare prior to being transported to the Childrens Hospital in Washington DC. Within days of being hospitalized baby Perez succumbed to her injuries. \The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner said the cause was trauma to the upper body with the manner being homicide. It is unknown exactly where the trauma occurred as the victim had ties to Randallstown in Baltimore County, Laurel in Howard County and the day care in Anne Arundel County.

The male was lying in the backyard of a residence in the Freetown Community. The victim was identified as twenty-one year old Javante Jaquan Parker who later succumbed to his injuries. Mr. Parker was known to friends and associates as “Joker”. The cause of death was trauma to the upper body with the manner being homicide.

On Tuesday, January 13, 2015, Anne Arundel County Police at approximately 7:31 a.m., Anne Arundel County Police responded to a residence in the 7800 block of Coutros Court, Pasadena, Maryland for a deceased victim. Upon arrival in the Freetown Community officers located twenty-four year old Breon Emerson Cager in the residence suffering from apparent trauma. Mr. Cager was known to friends and associates as “Breezy”. Investigation revealed his death was caused a few hours prior to being discovered and his death has been ruled a homicide.

On Saturday, March 21, 2015 at approximately 8:57 p.m., the Anne Arundel County Police Department responded to the 400 block of Hardmoore Court, Glen Burnie, Maryland for a report of shots fired. Upon arrival officers located nineteen year old Antwon Marquis Coleman, lying in the parking lot suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Mr. Coleman was transported to the Baltimore Washington Medical Center where he was later pronounced deceased. The victim was from the 200 block of Michele Circle, Glen Burnie, Maryland. Mr. Coleman’s death was ruled a homicide.
Shannon Blair Jr.

On Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at approximately 8:00 p.m., Anne Arundel County Police Officers were dispatched for a shots fired call to the area of Washington Avenue and Bay Highlands Drive, Annapolis, Maryland. As officers were responding, a citizen called and advised they saw what appeared to be a body near the roadway. Responding officers located an adult male lying on the roadway with apparent trauma. Fire Department personnel responded to the scene and eventually pronounced the victim deceased after succumbing to his injuries. The victim was positively identified as Shannon Blair Jr., a twenty-nine year old male from the 10th block of Hicks Avenue, Annapolis, Maryland. On Wednesday, September 16, 2015, the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner determined Mr. Blair’s cause of death as gunshot wounds with the manner being homicide.
Michael John Compton

On Friday, September 18, 2015 at approximately 1:18 a.m., the Anne Arundel County Police Department responded to the area of Arundel Village Park, Brooklyn, Anne Arundel County, Maryland. The park is located in the area of Wasena Avenue and Alley 69 which borders Baltimore City. Responding patrol units were directed by witnesses to an area of the park where an injured adult male was discovered lying on the path suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Fire Department personnel responded to the scene and transported the victim to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Hospital for treatment of his injuries. The victim, identified as Michael John Compton, a twenty-one year old male known to stay in the 5000 block of Patrick Henry Drive, Baltimore, Maryland, later succumbed to his injuries. Investigation revealed Mr. Compton was in the area to conduct a business transaction when he was shot. Michael Compton’s death has been ruled a homicide.
Teyon Decarlos Jones

On Sunday, August 7, 2011 at approximately 2:22 a.m., Anne Arundel County Police Western District officers responded to the 2000 block of Lower Court, Crofton, Maryland for a shots fired complaint. Upon arrival officers learned through investigation a party was held in the area and during the party shots were fired. While doing a search for any victims or witnesses, officers located an apparent crime scene in the 1800 block of Judicial Way, Crofton, Maryland indicating an individual had received an injury.
While officers were on scene, a Northern District officer had been dispatched to the Baltimore Washington Medical Center at approximately 2:38 a.m. on an unrelated 911 call. Upon arrival paramedics instructed the officer that a gunshot victim had just been driven to the hospital by three individuals. The officer located the victim, identified as Teyon Decarlos Jones a twenty-two year old male from the 8000 block of Phirne Road, Glen Burnie, Maryland suffering from an apparent gunshot wound(s) to the upper body. Mr. Jones was later transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Hospital for treatment of his injuries. Due to his injuries, Mr. Jones quality of life had been adversely affected.
On Saturday, November 21, 2015, while under medical care, Teyon Jones was pronounced deceased at 8:20 p.m. The body of Mr. Jones was then transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner located in Baltimore Maryland so an autopsy could determine the exact cause and manner of death. On Sunday, November 22, 2015, the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled the cause of Teyon Jones death as complications from the gunshot wound received on August 7, 2011 with the manner being homicide.
Arnold Lee Bowman

On Thursday, January 7, 2016 at approximately 8:30 p.m., Anne Arundel County Northern District officers responded to the area of Ritchie Highway and Belle Grove Road, Baltimore, Maryland for a male who had been assaulted. A forty-four year old male, identified as Arnold Lee Bowman of the 200 block of Charles Street, Baltimore, Maryland was found unresponsive in an alley. Fire Department personnel rendered aid and transported the victim to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Hospital for treatment of his injuries.
Surveillance footage was recovered in the area that shows the suspect chasing the victim. The suspect is seen wearing a hoody styled sweatshirt and long pants at the time of the assault. Mr. Bowman remained hospitalized since the attack and on March 25, 2016 he had succumbed to his injuries while in the care of a medical facility. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner located in Baltimore Maryland performed an autopsy on Mr. Bowman where they ruled the cause of death as multiple wounds with the manner being homicide.
Darrell Antonio Blowe and Kesa Kibibi Baker

On Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at approximately 4:44 p.m., Anne Arundel County Northern District officers responded to the 5100 block of Patrick Henry Drive, Brooklyn, Maryland for a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival officers located a silver vehicle on fire that had crashed through a fence and had come to rest against a garage. Officers were able to quickly extinguish the flames and observed an unresponsive adult male driver and adult female passenger. Evidence at the scene indicated the occupants of the vehicle had been shot. Fire department personnel arrived on scene and declared both occupants deceased.
On Thursday, October 5, 2017, the OCME completed the autopsies on both victims and determined the cause of death as multiple gunshot wounds with the manner being homicide. The adult male was identified as Darrell Antonio Blowe, a thirty-four year old male from the 700 block of Peach Orchard Lane, Dundalk, Maryland. The female victim was identified as Kesa Kibibi Baker, a forty-four year old female from the 500 block of Baltic Avenue, Baltimore Maryland.
Lawrence Aaron III

On Monday, January 1, 2018 at approximately 1:06 a.m., Anne Arundel County Police were called to the 7800 block of Bastille Road, Severn, Maryland for a shooting. Lawrence Aaron III was identified as a victim in which the shooting left this Marshall University Player paralyzed. Lawrence Aaron III, nineteen years old, of Columbia, Maryland, was shot on Jan. 1 at a New Year’s Eve party in Severn, south of Baltimore. Mr. Aaron was a freshman defensive tackle at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia. On Thursday, February 22, 2018 Lawrence Aaron III died from complications of being shot and his death was ruled a homicide. The New Year’s Eve party contained people from throughout Maryland and surrounding states..
Jose Alberto Funes

On Friday, March 2, 2018 at approximately 7:14 a.m., Anne Arundel County Western District officers responded to the 200 block of Brock Bridge Road Laurel, Maryland for a report of a sick/injured subject. Upon arrival officers located an injured adult male seated inside a vehicle on Brock Bridge Road. The male was suffering from trauma to the upper body. Fire department personnel attempted to render medical aid to the victim, however he had succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased. The victim was positively identified as Jose Alberto Funes a twenty-two year old male who resided in the 1000 block of Keppel Harbour Pasadena, Maryland. The victim was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner where the autopsy revealed he suffered trauma to the upper body and his death was ruled a homicide.
Jason Erol Armetta

On Sunday, February 15, 2009 at approximately 12:58 a.m., officers responded for a shooting coming from the 7300 block of Parkway Drive South, Hanover, Maryland. Upon arrival officers encountered the victim, identified as Jason Erol Armetta, a twenty-four year old male from the 10000 block of Old Frederick Road, Ellicott City, Maryland. The victim suffered from gunshot wound(s) and was transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Hospital for treatment of his injuries.
Investigation revealed an adult female was hosting a 19th birthday party for herself. Through interviews with witnesses a group of three unknown African American males entered the party. It was at this time an argument occurred between the three males and Jason Armetta. During the argument one of the males produced a handgun and shot Mr. Armetta. Since being shot, Mr. Armetta received medical care throughout the years for his injuries he received. On Friday, September 28, 2018, at approximately 2:25 p.m., Jason Armetta was pronounced deceased. The OCME ruled Mr. Armetta’s cause of death as complications from the gunshot wound(s) with the manner being homicide.
Prateek Kumar

On Monday, October 8, 2018 at approximately 3:57 p.m., Anne Arundel County Police responded to the 300 block of Highland Drive, Glen Burnie, Maryland for a shooting. Upon arrival officers observed citizens providing first aid to an adult male. Fire Department personnel arrived on scene and pronounced the victim deceased due to his injuries. The victim was identified as Prateek Kumar, a nineteen year old male from the 1100 block of Gumbottom Road, Crownsville, Maryland.
Investigation revealed 3-5 African American males may have been involved in the murder of Mr. Kumar. The suspects fled in a dark colored sedan styled car. The OCME ruled Prateek Kumar’s death as a homicide.
Quenton Alonza Boykin

On Sunday, November 11, 2018 at approximately 2:03 a.m., officers responded for a shots fired call in the 600 block of Charante Court, Glen Burnie, Maryland. Upon arrival officers located an unconscious adult male lying in the grass. Paramedics responded and attempted life saving measures but the adult male was pronounced deceased. The male had injuries to the upper body which was consistent with being a homicide. The victim was identified as Quenton Alonza Boykin, a thirty-seven year old male who used to live in the 8000 block of Budding Branch Road, Glen Burnie, Maryland. Mr. Boykin worked at a local barber shop in the Quarterfield Road area. The OCME ruled Mr. Boykin’s manner of death a homicide.
Jon Edward Price Jr.

On December 30, 2018, at approximately 3:55 p.m., officers responded to the 8100 block of Meade Village Road for a shooting. Upon arrival officers located an adult male victim suffering from gunshot wound(s). On Monday December 31, 2018 at approximately 11:50 p.m., the shooting victim succumbed to his injuries. The victim has been identified as Jon Edward Price Jr., a twenty-eight year old male from the 7600 block of ODaniel Court, Glen Burnie, Maryland. An autopsy was performed on Friday, January 04, 2019 at which time his cause of death was gunshot wound(s) with the manner being homicide.
Investigation revealed 3-4 suspects were involved with the murder of Mr. Price. Through eyewitness and digital evidence 3 males are seen fleeing the area on foot and entering an older model Dodge Plymouth minivan that fled the scene.
Robert Lee Thomas Jr.

On Thursday, October 24, 2019 at approximately 7:33 p.m., officers responded to the area of Audrey Avenue and Ruth Street, Brooklyn Park, Maryland for a shooting. Upon arrival officers located the victim, Robert Lee Thomas Jr., a forty-five year old male, lying on the sidewalk. Mr. Thomas Jr. was transported to Shock Trauma for treatment of multiple injuries. During the evening hours of Monday, October 28, 2019 Mr. Thomas Jr. succumbed to his injuries where the medical examiner ruled his cause of death as multiple guns shot wounds with the manner being homicide.
Investigation revealed a male subject was standing over the victim firing a handgun. The male suspect then jumped onto the back of a mini/dirt bike where the driver of the dirt bike drove the suspect away from the scene.
Andre Lee Garrett

On Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at approximately 3:09 p.m., Anne Arundel County Eastern District Officers responded to the 300 block of Hospital Drive, Glen Burnie, Maryland for a shooting. Upon arrival officers located an adult male victim being treated by medical personnel. The victim, identified as Andre Lee Garrett, a thirty-nine year old male from the 1400 block of Iverson Street, Oxon Hill, Maryland, was transported to the Baltimore Washington Medical Center where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Mr. Garrett was an employee of the business and was outside taking a break. During the break the suspect pointed a handgun at the victim striking and killing him. The suspect was described as a male wearing a black baseball hat, a long sleeved white shirt with a short sleeve dark colored shirt over it appearing to be 5'06, thin build with wavy shoulder length hair. After the shooting the suspect walked from the area. Investigation revealed the suspect may have entered a silver car parked in the parking lot and drove from the scene.
Michael Lee Wise

On Thursday, October 31, 2019 at approximately 7:20 p.m., officers responded to the 400 block of Gatewood Ct, Glen Burnie, Maryland for a shooting. Upon arrival officers located the victim, Michael Lee Wise, a twenty-four year old male, laying on the sidewalk, suffering trauma to the upper body. CPR was administered at the scene. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Fire Department. The medical examiner ruled Mr. Wise’s cause of death as multiple guns shot wounds with the manner being homicide.
Investigation revealed Mr. Wise was in a costume trick-or-treating with his girlfriend and her family. He was pushing a stroller with his child in it when the suspect shot and killed Mr. Wise. Investigation showed two subjects running from the area after the shooting occurred.
Xavier John Arthur Green

On Monday, November 18, 2019 at approximately 6:03 p.m., Anne Arundel County Northern District Officers responded to the 300 block of Morris Hill Avenue, Glen Burnie, Maryland for a shooting. Upon arrival officers located an unresponsive adult male victim. Responding officers began CPR on the victim until relieved by medical personnel. The victim, identified as Xavier John Arthur Green, a twenty-eight year old male from the 300 block of Morris Hill Avenue, Glen Burnie, Maryland, was declared deceased at the scene due to his injuries. The OCME ruled Xavier Green’s cause of death as multiple gunshot wounds with the manner being homicide.
Investigation revealed an African American male knocked on the door to the residence and asked for the victim. Shortly after the victim went outside with the male several shots were heard. Responding police and family members located the victim on the property. The shooter is described as an African American male wearing a light colored shirt with dark pants.
Justin Keith Beasley (Junior)

On Sunday, July 5, 2020 at approximately 12:40 a.m., the Anne Arundel County Police Department responded to the 1600 block of Cananaro Drive, Annapolis, Maryland for a shooting. Upon arrival, officers encountered a large crowd of people from a fourth of July party taking place and two gunshot victims.
The first victim was identified as nineteen year old Justin Keith Beasley (Junior) from North Carolina. First responders administered cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Mr. Beasley was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
The second victim was identified as a nineteen year old male. That victim was transported to a local trauma center for treatment of his injuries. The second victim has since been released from the hospital.
The Anne Arundel County Police is offering a REWARD of up to $10,000.00 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) involved in the murder of Justin Beasley (Junior) and shooting of the second victim.
