FOR the purpose of providing for payment for the Fire Department’s use of certain private fire hydrants; removing a certain requirement for measurements from the distance from a fire hydrant to a new building or building addition; providing certain conditions for allowing certain private hydrants to serve new buildings or building additions; and generally relating to fire hydrants and the Fire Prevention Code.
