Photography Policy
Effective February 14, 2025, Downs Park requires a permit for photography. Please review the Photography Policy section below for more information.
Each pavilion has grills and picnic tables. Reservations for pavilions must be made in advance through the Downs park office. Contact the park office at (410) 222-6230 for information.
Pavilion Rental Fees
