Photography Policy Pilot Program
Effective February 2025, Downs Park implemented a new photography policy pilot program. Please review the Photography Policy section below for more information.
Each pavilion has grills and picnic tables. Reservations for pavilions must be made in advance through the Downs park office. Contact the park office at (410) 222-6230 for information.
Pavilion Rental Fees

| Friday, Saturday and Sunday (9:00 a.m. - dusk); Limit 100 people; All park entry fees apply to pavilion guest unless "pre-paid parking" is purchased. | |
