Downs Park Pavilion Rentals

Downs Park offers three large pavilions and one small pavilion that are located on the east side of the park. The large pavilions accommodate up to 100 people and small pavilion up to 50 people.

Downs Park Fernwood Pavilion

Each pavilion has grills and picnic tables. Reservations for pavilions must be made in advance through the Downs park office. Contact the park office at (410) 222-6230 for information.

Large Pavilions (Brightwater, Fernwood and Tanglewood)$180.00 per day
Friday, Saturday and Sunday (9:00 a.m. - dusk); Limit 100 people; All park entry fees apply to pavilion guest unless "pre-paid parking" is purchased.
