I&P Notice 6/3/2024

Effective June 23, 2024 Anne Arundel County Department of Inspections and Permits will adopt the 2021 Editions of the International Code Council (ICC) Codes, and the 2020 Edition of the National Electrical Code (NFPA70) in accordance with the State of Maryland law. Also effective June 23, 2024, the Permit Center will no longer accept PLANS ON FILE for pools or solar panel installations.
