Program Overview
- Cellular agreement terms are for five (5) years and with five (5) additional renewal terms at a 4% increase per year.
- Standard Antennae leasing agreements are drafted by the Real Estate Division to include the prospective cellular companies:
- Legal Name (DBA)
- Billing and Mailing Address
- Applicable telephone numbers
- Cellular companies may forward any changes to the agreement back to the Real Estate Division for review

Cellular agreements are routed through Real Estate, Legal, DPW, OIT and the County Executive’s Office .

Process

Drawings for prospective antennae installation must be sent to the Department of Public Works for approval before the final agreements are approved.

When approved agreements are sent back to the prospective company for initial signature, three (3) original copies must be sent to the Real Estate Division to be routed for signature by the County.

One (1) original, fully executed copy will be mailed to the prospective cellular company.
