About
Before her promotion to Deputy Chief Administrative Officer, Hannah joined the Pittman administration as the Director of Fiscal Affairs, supporting the Administration's state and local legislative efforts, particularly as they relate to county finances and government operations, and advancing county projects and other priorities, with a focus on strategic funding opportunities. Hannah also has experience working in the county Budget Office, and serving as a Senior Policy Analyst at the Department of Legislative Services, where she provided fiscal and policy recommendations to the Maryland General Assembly. Hannah holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science from UMBC and a Masters in Public Policy from American University.
