About the Program
This free, evidence-based, fall prevention exercise program focuses on stretching, flexibility, balance, low impact aerobics, and strength training exercises.
The program is offered virtually via Zoom and lasts 16 weeks. Required equipment: armless chair and adjustable ankle weights. Pre and post class fall risk assessments are required.
** Participants must be able to stand on their feet without pain for at least 10 minutes. ** Please wear comfortable athletic shoes and light, breathable exercise clothing.
