The Office of Planning and Zoning prepares annual progress reports on implementation of the General Development Plan. The Progress Reports include summary statistics on the status of the Plan2040 Goals, Policies, and Strategies. Reports are available for calendar years 2023, 2022, and 2021.
The Annual Progress Report follows the framework of Plan2040, and is organized into chapters on the Natural Environment, Built Environment, Healthy Communities, and Healthy Economy. The Report also highlights the functional Master Plans that support Plan2040. The appendix provides a brief update on all of the 400+ strategies with descriptions and performance measures.
