The File Room is not open on the weekends and does not answer phone calls. Please call Emergency Services at 410-222-8400 if you have an emergency.

Visitors to the Heritage Office Complex are required to provide identification to the guard at the security desk. The guard will contact the File Room and a staff member will come to the security desk to escort the visitor directly to and from the File Room.

Please visit our Engineering Record Drawings & Monuments web map to locate, view and print survey monuments and As-Built drawings of public water, sewer and storm drain utilities from the convenience of your home or office.
