Glass Pavilion Rental

Mayo Beach Park is a breathtaking venue surrounded by pristine sandy beach with the most spectacular panoramic view of the South River. The park provides a pleasant background for a wedding, reunion or not-for-profit group outing event.

Mayo Beach Park is available to rent for weddings and non-profit events.
 

Facilities include an enclosed glass pavilion with balcony, indoor and outdoor bathrooms, an outdoor bar area, picnic tables, patio, beach area, a playground, and open fields for tents/sports/open play. A bridal suite is also available for an additional cost. All of this sits on the mouth of the South River in Edgewater Maryland with views of the Thomas Point Lighthouse.


Mayo Beach Park is available to rent on the following dates:
  • April 1st through May 24th, 2024 available 7 days a week and September 3rd to October 31st, 2024.
Between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
  • Venue is only rentable to not-for-profit groups/individuals
  • Beginning 2024, events will be limited to 100 attendees including vendors
All Rentals include:
  • Tables and chairs for outdoor and indoor usage
  • Trash and Bathroom Services during your event

  • 5. Submit alcohol permit one month prior to the event

  • 7. Submit event plan one month prior to event and meet with venue coordinator
