Anne Arundel County Administrative Code
Civil Rights
The County's comprehensive anti-discrimination law went into effect on June 8, 2024. It authorizes the County to accept complaints of discrimination in non-County employment and public accommodations, in addition to pre-existing protections for housing. Language Access
The County's language access law was enacted on March 31, 2022. It requires County agencies to provide persons with limited English proficiency with equal access to public services, meetings, websites, and webpages. Find the language access law in Article 1, Title 10 of the Administrative Code.
