Michael S. Botsaris is an attorney with over 32 years of private practice experience in Maryland. He is a 1983 Cum Laude graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, majoring in Political Science with a minor in Public Administration and a 1986 graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law. He is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Maryland including the United States Federal District Court for the District of Maryland and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland. He is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is a past member of the Commercial Law League of America, past member of the Maryland‐DC Creditors Bar Association and current member of the Anne Arundel County Bar Association. He is a past council member, Business Law Section, Maryland State Bar Association and former member of the Anne Arundel County Ethics Commission. Mr. Botsaris is a past member and former president of the Board of Trustees, Gibson Island Country School, a former little league coach and assistant manager, Pasadena Eagles, and an active volunteer with Maryland Volunteer Lawyer Services. He is also an FAA licensed private pilot with a single engine sea LSA endorsement. He and his wife Helen have resided in Anne Arundel County since 1992 and have 2 children.
