FOR the purpose of amending the Capital Budget for the current fiscal year by making a transfer of appropriations within certain Recreation and Parks, and Roads and Bridges capital projects; amending the Capital Budget for the current fiscal year by making supplementary appropriation of funds to certain Traffic Control and Board of Education capital projects; amending the Capital Program and Capital Projects Bond Ordinance for the current fiscal year; and generally relating to appropriations of funds in projects in the Capital Budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.
