FOR the purpose of renaming the PN-OF-01 capital project as the “Patapsco Non-Tidal Outfalls” capital project and amending the project description; creating new capital projects known as “Magothy Outfalls”, “Patapsco Tidal Outfalls”, “Patuxent Outfalls”, “West/Rhode/Herring Outfalls”, “Severn Outfalls”, and “South Outfalls”; transferring funds from capital projects in the Watershed Protection and Restoration class of projects to other capital projects in the Watershed Protection and Restoration class of projects; and amending the Capital Program and Capital Projects Bond Ordinance.
