Party Rental

Please fill out our Birthday Party Rental Request online to get more information on upcoming dates. All requests will be acknowledged in the order that they are received. Form submissions are a request and do not guarantee a party date. Only dates and times listed are available. Please book early as reservations fill up quickly.

• Parties are scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays during pre-scheduled 90 minute time blocks. The room is private but the pool will be shared with other swimmers. 
• Time block choices are 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. 
• The room rental fee includes 25 swimmers and 15 non-swimmers. The maximum number of participants is 40 people. 
• Any of the 15 non-swimmer participants may utilize the water park at a fee of $6 per additional swimmer. 
• One adult chaperone is required for every five kids that are under 13 years old. 
• Swimmers must be at least 3 years old and 100% toilet trained to enter the pool. No diapers of any kind. Individuals who wear diapers or are seen wearing diapers in our facility will not be permitted to swim. Removing a diaper will not allow an individual to enter the pool.
• Read the Pool and Room Rental Policies and Procedures sheet for more important information.

• Beginning January 2025, we are offering the option of an additional 30 minutes in our party room. All other package details are consistent with those outlined in the basic rental package. 
• Additional time will not include the use of the water park. 
• The extended time will only be applicable for the 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. session. 
• Slots for extra time are limited and not guaranteed.

Basic Rental Package (1.5 hours) 

• Anne Arundel County Resident - $270.00 (must present ID) 
• Out-of-County Resident - $432.00

Extended Rental Package (2 hours) 

• Anne Arundel County Resident - $360.00 (must present ID) 
• Out-of-County Resident - $576.00

• Parties may be canceled due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control. Please call our office with concerns of thunderstorms or snowstorms in regards to your reservation. Swimmers are not allowed in the water or pool area when lightning is in the area. 
• As the sponsoring person, you are responsible for the behavior and actions of your guests. All aquatic facility rules and regulations must be followed. Adults are required to chaperone the swimmers and must be available to be in the water at the same time as the swimmers.
