Summer Group Scheduling

Note: Booking begins March 10, 2025 at 10:00 am.

• Organizations can schedule summer field trips to the water park Monday through Friday from June 16 to August 22, 2025.
   
• Time block choices are 11:00 am - 12:30 pm or 12:45 pm - 2:15 pm and pool space will be shared with other swimmers. Groups are not allowed to use the lap pool. 
   
• The maximum number of participants we book for each time slot is 75, and availability depends on the number of people already signed up for that slot. 
   
• One adult or chaperone (must be 16 years or older) is required for every five children under 13 years old. Adults will be charged until this ratio is met, and then any additional chaperone will be charged only if they plan to enter the pool. 
   
• Swimmers must be at least 3 years old and 100% toilet trained to enter the pool with no diapers of any kind. Individuals who wear diapers or are seen wearing diapers in our facility will not be permitted to swim. Removing a diaper will not allow an individual to enter the pool.

Starting March 10, 2025 at 10:00 am, camp coordinators should fill out our Camp Reservation Request to request field trip dates. Only dates and times listed are available and all requests will be acknowledged in the order received. Form submissions are a request and do not guarantee a reservation. Please book early as reservations fill up quickly. Please allow up to 10 days for our group coordinator to respond to your request.

General Admission fees apply for all groups and rates are determined by the location of the business. Groups are required to submit verification of their business address to the group coordinator, failure to verify will result in your group paying out-of-county fees.
