Exploring the 311/See-Click-Fix System for Efficient Reporting
Watch this video for an overview of 311 and See-Click-Fix. The system allows users to mark the location of the issue, select the type of issue, answer a few questions, and attach a photo. The system then routes the issue to the appropriate department and checks the status of previously reported issues.

Bureau of Watershed Protection and Restoration
The Bureau of Watershed Protection and Restoration is responsible for the environmental assessment, restoration implementation, and ecological evaluation work associated with the County's clean water obligations under its Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit and the Chesapeake Bay Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL).
