Northern District Police Station

The Anne Arundel County Police Department operates four district police stations. The Northern District Police Station Commanding Officer is Captain Elizabeth Smith.

Coalition To End Homelessness

The Homeless Coalition is a collaborative and well-coordinated community based planning and advocacy organization that seeks to ensure the needs of persons who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness within the County are being met.

Board of Elections

The Board of Elections is responsible for overseeing the conduct of all State and Federal Elections held in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

Adult Public Guardianship Review Board

The Board provides impartial oversight of the care and services provided for the individuals under public guardianship.

Bicycle Advisory Commission

The Bicycle Advisory Commission advises the County Executive, County Council and County Departments on the implementation of the County's Pedestrian/Bicycle Master Plan.

Office of the Sheriff

The Anne Arundel County Office of the Sheriff provides law enforcement and public safety services through the service of warrants and civil processes, the protection of the Circuit Court, the enforcement of court orders, document control, and prisoner detention and control, while actively engaging in positive community outreach.

Anne Arundel County Delegation

The General Assembly is Maryland's legislative body and directly represents the electorate. The state has 47 districts represented by 47 Senators and 141 Delegates.

The Training Academy located in Millersville, MD provides training, education, and certification to fire personnel.
