The Development Division coordinates and administers all activities related to subdivision and site plans, Critical Area development, and implementation of transportation initiatives. We regulate development activities through the permit process as well. Our four teams include Residential, Regional, Critical Area, and Transportation. Specific details are available on each team’s landing page, and staff for each team are included in the organizational chart. Information on the development processes, policies and resources are available via the services provided in the “Land Development Process” section.
