Private document recording requires a check made out to the Clerk of Court. The cost is $60 for 1-9 pages or $115 for 10+ pages.

Checks can be dropped off in the gray drop box at the OPZ Express Station in the lobby of 2664 Riva Road. Please put the check in an envelope addressed to the 3rd Floor with the project name and number noted on the envelope, along with a brief description of what the check is for. Include the project or permit number as part of the description on the envelope.












Please be sure to have all property taxes and water bills paid for the property; this has to be done before lots can be merged. If these fees are not paid in full, the lot merger will be rejected until payment is made.
