FOR the purpose of adding a violation of the County's policy against discrimination and harassment to the wrongful acts for which an employee is protected from reprisal by an appointing authority for seeking a remedy for the acts or for disclosing the acts to a federal, State, or County official; making this Ordinance an emergency measure; and generally relating to disclosure protection for County employees.
