FOR the purpose of amending the Capital Budget by making an additional appropriation to the School Construction Fund, Athletic Stadium Improvements capital project; amending the capital budget by transferring funds from the School Security Upgrades capital project (General County Class) to the Security Related Upgrades capital project (Board of Education Class); and amending the Capital Program and Capital Projects Bond Ordinance.
