FOR the purpose of approving Solar Energy Power Purchase Agreements between Annapolis Solar Park, LLC and Anne Arundel County, Maryland to provide for the purchase by the County of energy output from solar facilities constructed, owned, and operated by Annapolis Solar Park, LLC on property leased by Annapolis Solar Park, LLC from the City of Annapolis under the terms and conditions contained in the Solar Energy Power Purchase Agreements; and generally relating to the Solar Energy Power Purchase Agreements.
