Hannah Thompson
Strategic Engagement Officer

Hannah Thompson’s work with communities has taken many forms over recent years. After graduating from SUNY Purchase with a degree in Music Composition, she started her career as a performing artist and an audio engineer in New York City. Hannah found a niche working at non-profit, community oriented institutions like The Jalopy Theatre and Creative Alliance, that center on community events and educational outreach programs in their mission. In 2020, Hannah transitioned full time into the political sphere, working in the field on campaigns in Anne Arundel and Baltimore counties.

Since Hannah started high school, volunteering and political activism has been a big part of her life. For three summers, she ran a music program at a camp for families affected by pediatric cancer, and has participated in many political and charitable benefits throughout her career.
