Annapolis, Md (February 5, 2021) Today, County Executive Steuart Pittman signed an amended and restated version of Executive Order #42. The revised order clarifies several provisions in the original order, which was signed on January 27.
The revised order makes the following changes, effective immediately:
- Amends Section 19 to clarify that athletes may remove their face coverings while on the field of play, once competition is permitted to resume on February 8.
- Amends Section 26 to remove the square footage provisions for bingo establishments.
- Adds a new section 30, which permits wedding venues to open up to 50 percent capacity, or a maximum of 100 persons for outdoor events.
