Amy Gowan

Ms. Gowan is CEO at the Anne Arundel County Economic Development Corporation (AAEDC). She has previously served as the Assistant Deputy Director for Economic Development in the City of San Diego and more recently as the Director of Planning and Zoning for Howard County. Ms. Gowan is an experienced leader and has worked across the land use spectrum for nearly 20 years managing and leading teams within the areas of land use, housing, community and economic development.
