Dr. Erin Snell

Dr. Snell co-leads a group of nonprofits called The Collaborative Supporting Youth, which is dedicated to promoting equity and collaboration to ensure all youth thrive in Anne Arundel County. She has had an extensive career as an educator and nonprofit leader and currently serves as Executive Director for Charting Careers, a local youth-serving nonprofit that inspires youth to discover their power and reach their goals. Dr. Snell holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies and a Masters of Public Affairs in Nonprofit Management from Indiana University, Bloomington.
