I was glad to cosponsor bill 28-21 concerning: Subdivision and Development - Community Meetings
This new law requires a developer to record the proceedings of a community meeting; requiring a developer to provide a copy of recording to the Office of Planning and Zoning; requiring the Office of Planning and Zoning to post the recording on the County website for a certain time period; and generally relating to subdivision and development.
