County Council to Hold Virtual Meetings until Further Notice

Annapolis, MD (April 10, 2020) The Anne Arundel County Council is holding an emergency legislative session on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. to introduce emergency legislation that allows for important funding during the state of emergency. The emergency ordinance introduced at the April 14th emergency legislative session will be heard and voted at the Council Meeting scheduled for Monday, April 20, 2020 beginning at 7:00 p.m.

In an effort to keep members of the public and all staff as safe as possible during the current COVID-19 health crisis, and to comply with the State of Maryland’s Stay-at-Home Order, the County Council will conduct all meetings virtually until further notice. Instructions for participation in meetings will be posted for members of the public in advance of each meeting.

The Council encourages the public to watch and listen using the following methods:
