FOR the purpose of amending the Capital Budget by transferring appropriation of funds from the CSX DMP Site Restoration, Rock Creek DMP Restoration, Rockhold Crk County Dredging, Duvall Creek Dredging, Marley Creek Dredging, and Upper Magothy River Dredging capital projects to the Rock Creek Aerator capital project; and amending the Capital Program and Capital Projects Bond Ordinance.
