Protection of the environment is fundamental to the quality of life, health and economic vitality of Anne Arundel County residents, and is a foundational tenet of County Executive Steuart Pittman’s Administration.
The Department of Inspections and Permits will utilize its authority to the fullest extent under Article 16, Title 3 of the Anne Arundel County Code to monitor construction sites through regular inspections, and by consistently pursuing enforcement actions when violations are identified.
