- Bulletins about upcoming events MUST be submitted at least one month in advance of the date of the event. Anything less will not be posted. Bulletins will be pulled on the date of the event.

How to Submit Television Content
As a community-minded television network, we encourage residents to submit their own content. Qualified submissions are eligible to air on one of our channels.
- Programs may be submitted as SD or HD and must be submitted as a mpeg2, mp4 or mov file format delivered on a USB device.
- New programs submitted will be viewed as soon as possible and screened for clear opening and closing sequences, audio quality and to make certain there is no advertising. If any of these problems arise submitters will be contacted and asked to fix and resubmit the program
- Once program has been accepted a schedule will be discussed. All programs are given two airing times. Airing times may be the same day or on differing days of the week.
- If a program is not received or if we are not contacted about the program after one month, the program that has been airing will be pulled. The slot is still yours unless we don't receive a program or we are not contacted after an additional month regardless of individual broadcast schedule.
