Eastern District

Robbery / Pasadena

On March 17, 2020 at approximately 11:30 p.m. officers responded for a robbery of a citizen in the area of Wedgewood Court and Leeds Drive in Pasadena. A 25 year old male victim was walking his dog when he was assaulted from behind by three unknown black male suspects. One of the suspects placed the victim in a headlock and then threw the victim to the ground. The suspects then continued to assault the victim, removed his personal property and fled. The suspect or suspects then fled the area. The victim was unable to provide a detailed description of the suspects. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate any suspects. The victim suffered minor injuries as a result of the assault. Eastern District detectives are investigating and ask anyone with information to call 410-222-6145 or the Tip Line at 410-222-4700.

Northern District

Shoplifting & Assault / Glen Burnie

On March 17, 2020 at approximately 1:50 p.m. officers responded for a report of an armed subject with a knife at the Target store located at 6717 Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie. Loss Prevention personnel reported they observed an unknown male suspect remove a rolling duffel bag from display and place several DVDs inside of it. The suspect then attempted to leave through the front of the store and was approached by loss prevention officers. As the suspect was leaving the store, he pulled out a small folding knife from his sweater pocket and fled on foot towards Holsum Way. Officers searched the area with negative results. Suspect: Black male, 6’0”, heavy set, beard, wearing dark sweater, dark jacket and black pants.

Southern District

Stabbing / Tracys Landing

On March 17, 2020 at approximately 8:45 p.m., officers responded for a report of a stabbing in the area of the 400 block of Fairhaven Road in Tracys Landing.  The 57 year old male victim was parked along the road when the suspect approached from the woods yelling. The suspect approached the victim and stabbed him, causing non-life-threatening injuries. Officers arrived and administered first aid to the victim. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment. Through investigation, detectives have a few leads but are asking anyone with any information to call 410-222-4700.
