On September 15, 2021, at approximately 11 a.m., officers were in the area of Ft. Smallwood Road and Chestnut Cove Road when they observed a vehicle operating with a piece of plastic stretched over where the windshield should be. Officers initiated a traffic stop for the safety equipment violation. During the stop, officers recovered 21 full capsules of a suspected heroin/fentanyl mixture, 20 Suboxone packets, 6 Zubsolv Tablets, and a small amount of suspected marihuana. The driver was arrested and charge accordingly.
